Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be changed or canceled up to 48 hours in advance.
• The booking is only valid for the selected date.
• In case of extreme weather or other unavoidable incidents, the cruise may be canceled. Tourists can either reschedule their cruise or cancel the booking for a full refund.
• Rescheduling may not always be possible. If unsuccessful, tourists will receive a full refund.

• If necessary, please take anti-seasickness medication one hour before the cruise.
• Pets, beverages, and outside food are not allowed on the ferry.
• The food on board is not suitable for those with gluten allergies.
• If you plan to drink on board, please bring documents to prove you are over 20 years old, as required by Thai law.
