What to Expect

• Unlimited rides: Enjoy high-speed transportation to over 600 stations, covering 80 different routes, with a maximum of 2 seat reservations per day.

Before You Book

• Applicable train types: High-Speed Trains: KTX and KTX-Sancheon
• Applicable train types: Conventional Trains: ITX-Saemaeul, Mugunhwa, Nuriro, and ITX-Cheongchun
• Applicable train types: Tourist Trains: V-Train, S-Train, DMZ-Train, A-Train, and Westgold-Train
• Passport Name: Use only English letters, do not use punctuation marks or special characters (e.g., ., . - ).
• The name,nationality, and passport number provided at the time of booking must match the passport information presented at the time of travel; all passengers must have their travel documents (such as passport, ID card, and valid visa) ready before departure;
• This offer is not applicable to holders of South Korean passports; note that infants and children will be counted as passengers.
• Please be aware that compensation or refunds may not be available in the event of train delays or cancellations.

Regarding seat reservations

• Reserving seats in advance can save time queuing at the station.
• There are 2 ways to make a reservation: 1) At the station counter: please present your printed or electronic Korea Rail Pass and passport. 2) Online reservation: follow the instructions to make a reservation through the official Korea Rail website up to 30 days in advance.
• A maximum of 2 seats can be reserved per day.
• If tickets are sold out, you can purchase standing tickets with your Korea Rail Pass and a valid passport.
• KTX trains are accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please check the official website for designated seat details.

Cancelation Policy

• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made

How to Use

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• Please present the printed voucher/electronic voucher and your passport.
• An electronic voucher will be sent to your email after booking confirmation.
• KORAIL Pass Voucher: If you select a travel date more than 30 days away, your voucher will not be sent immediately. Instead, it will be sent within 30 days before your selected travel date, in accordance with KORAIL's official seat reservation rules.
• Seat Reservation: You can make an online seat reservation on the KORAlL official website up to 30 days in advance after receiving the KORAIL PASS voucher.
