- Only water is allowed in the cabin.
- You may encounter long queues during peak seasons.
- All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. All purchased tickets are non-transferable and cannot be changed.
- The ticket holder must be the same as the booking guest. Valid ID must be presented for verification when using the ticket.
- Smoking and drinking are not allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if discovered by staff.
- Pets are not allowed in the venue, except for service animals with valid ID.
- The event is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Ngong Ping Village features three main attractions: Walk with the Buddha, Motion 360, and VR 360. There are also restaurants and retail shops for you to explore.
Luggage storage services are available at Tung Chung Cable Station and Ngong Ping Market Holiday 360 Information Centre.
Parking is available at Citygate Outlet carpark. The carpark at Tung Chung Cable Station is for long-distance coach pick-up and drop-off services only.
