- Cancellations received 21 or more days before the festival day will be eligible for a full refund of the tour.
- Cancellations made from 0 to 20 days before the festival day are non-refundable.
- If the celebration is canceled, the ticket cost will be donated to charity and not refunded.
- No-show travelers are non-refundable.
Itinerary Details
8:30 AM - 11 AM, Hotel Pick Up, Visit the Forbidden City
At 8:30 am, our driver will collect you from your hotel in a cozy, air-conditioned vehicle. Your guide will accompany you, prepared to outline the day's schedule and provide fascinating insights about the Forbidden City and the Great Wall.
Firstly, visit the Forbidden City, which is one of the largest and best-preserved wooden structures in the world. Visitors can admire magnificent palace buildings such as the Hall of Supreme Harmony, Hall of Central Harmony, and Hall of Preserving Harmony, experiencing the grandeur of royal architecture.
They can also explore the Inner Court, which includes the Palace of Heavenly Purity, Hall of Union, and Palace of Earthly Tranquility, to understand the emperors' and empresses' daily lives.
11 AM - 12:30 PM Lunch at Local Restaurant
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant is included in the tour, and your guide will assist in ordering dishes.
12:30 PM - 4:30 PM Visit the Mutianyu Great Wall
You will take 1 1/2 hours on the roadway to the Mutianyu Great Wall.
The cable car ride will take you to ascend and descend the mountain.
During the process of guiding tourists on the climb of the Great Wall, the tour guide will narrate the historical origins of the Mutianyu Great Wall, its ancient military defense functions, and related historical anecdotes.
The 20th enemy tower of the Mutianyu Great Wall is the highest point of the Great Wall, known as the Hero Slope. You can challenge yourself by climbing to the Hero Slope, overlooking the panoramic view of the Mutianyu Great Wall, and experiencing the heroic sentiment of "Who has not been to the Great Wall is not a true man".
4:30 PM - 6 PM, Return to Your Hotel After Tour
At 4:30 PM, it's time to start making your way down from the Mutianyu Great Wall. you'll board the cable car again for a smooth and relaxing descent. Then, return to your Beijing hotel in your private car.

1. Passport Information Required When Booking Forbidden City Tickets.
2. The Forbidden City in Beijing is closed to the public on Mondays.
3. This tour can be physically demanding, especially the Great Wall. If you have any health concerns, such as heart problems or joint issues, carry any necessary medications with you.
4. If you need to transfer to Beijing Airport to catch your onward flight after the tour, please let us know, an additional fee for transfers is needed.
